The nougat as it was. And how it should be
We still make Italian nougat the traditional way. With wisdom and patience. Unhurriedly. With the artisan touch of slow cooking. It takes a whole day from the moment we start mixing the ingredients in the copper nougat pans until the moment the nougat is packaged. And you can really feel the difference.
Unlike industrially-produced nougat, ours is made with a slow cooking process: the mixture is blended slowly in the copper nougat pans, left to cool naturally at room temperature in wooden moulds, between two super fine wafers, then sliced and packaged by hand. Ready to be enjoyed.
